We continue to support trumpeter William Leathers even as he celebrates many successes at Juilliard that resulted in his being awarded the most prestigious Kovner fellowship scholarship from Juilliard this year. TD's sponsorship of our BHM tour in 2019 enabled us support William in offering his first headlining concert in Toronto, a sell-out concert that enjoyed much critical acclaim. William's exceptional trumpet playing will allow us to expand the range of Black classical composers that we introduce to our audiences this February.
